    Persistent Data in SS13? How does it work? Does character-slot data, crime charges, and notes all get passed to the server? It's SQL, right?

      We dont really have a clown role on the server.

      The role you are looking for is called "Janitor".
      This specific role is often used to play very special people, who only have been employed because nanotrasen needs to meet a quota for "minimally exceptional people"
      Recently some of these special people have moved into the cargo department aswell.
