Fortport Posted March 9, 2018 Share Posted March 9, 2018 If you are completely shut off from air, you should be unable to speak(eg. suffocating for whatever reason). If your lungs are completely ripped out of your body, you can still talk at the moment. This would fix it. Link to comment
