Honestly, I always sort of wanted this, but held off on it because librarians didn't quite fit into "service" in the way that hydro/kitchen/bar did. And that was fine. But a bit ago, Chaplains received a service headset on start. I think it was a good change, and now I think Librarians should get one as well. The library is a service to the crew, the librarian answers to the HoP like the rest of service, and now the librarian is the only one who doesn't have a departmental headset (except like, the merchant).
