Port Bay's Journalist Drone

On Baystation, the journalists spawn with a drone that sets up a live video-audio feed to the 'Entertainment Monitors' that we have in some places on the station, allowing them to do live broadcasts.

Please port this.

I've used it on other Bay-based servers, and been impressed by it, but unfortunately I've been told there's a moratorium on porting features from other servers. I'll try to think of alternate ways to implement the same thing unless someone says the port is alright.

There's not. At least, not one applying to any codebases other than Goon.

Pacman and lately Lohikar have started complaining about it, but neither are active developers and as such, what they say is not policy.

but in all seriousness, I understand that some people may think ports are just lazy, but lets face it, why do the work which has a chance to fail when you can just get something that is proven to work then add your spin to it maybe.
