Lobby Manifest Suggestion

As you see people declare ready in the lobby, show what occupation they have the highest priority for. This way you can pick your occupation accordingly, such as if medbay is understaffed or only has one doctor. Potentially do not show this for heads. Or even just a note in the lobby that shows a checklist for the departments. eg, "medbay understaffed, security empty, cargo full"

Obviously, don't do this for merchant or antags.
