You can do that with tasers/stun batons, besides hitting someone's limbs have a chance to dislocate them also forcing people to drop things.

They don't, and from what I've tested even destroying the hand entirely will bug out and leave the weapon in hand and usable. It didn't update until the weapon was dropped and they tried to pick it up again.

Breaking a hand, removing a hand, or electrocuting a hand will already do this. Voting for dismissal.
