Overview of the Incident: During a casual conversation in the down-time of a shift that'd gone on for quite some time with the other witness, Head of Personnel Liemz arrived in the Medical Bay hallway with a monkey cube. He put it under the sink to activate it, before gripping the monkey and throwing it. Though this caused a bit of concern it wasn't enough to say anything about until he actually began clawing at the monkey until the healthHUD read it as orange. The Head of Personnel then went on to eat the monkey chunk by chunk, until the floor was covered with blood and gore. Shortly after he left, the partial witness Ali Holmes arrived. The Head of Personnel did later return to clean it up, before informing us that he'd instead claw a monkey to death in his office and eat that as to not upset us.

Actions taken: The shift was coming to a close, and the Chief Medical Officer suggested that if I wanted to report it, I should file an incident report. There was no captain or Nanotrasen Official aboard during the time of the incident.
