Overview of the Incident: I had attempted to test fire a weapon within the firing range at research, a misfire had happened with a "Lawgiver" which resulted in myself losing an arm which then led to the captain deeming it necessary to disregard directive four entirely by stating I was attempting to use a unmarked "Lawgiver" and then also found it necessary to publicly announce the incident over public communications.

Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: No other heads were available except the captain, no IAA available.

Actions taken: No efforts have been made since the incident.
