How long have you been playing on Aurora?: I'm not sure but enough to know the station map pretty well, and I think I roleplay good, at worst its decent
Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: because I think that's the only way I can play internal affairs
Why did you come to Aurora?: because it was the only server I could find with the internal affairs job

Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: roleplaying is, essentially, creating a character and acting like you are that character and never acknowledging the fact that your in a game, atleast not in OOC
What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, in game?:their IC purpose to make sure the workers in your department are doing the IC job, but I'm not sure what the OOC purpose In game, what does that even mean? making sure to stay IC?
What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: what is that even supposed to mean? OOC responsibilities to other players and how I would uphold them? that doesn't make sense what does it mean?

Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): ) lou winton isn't a complicated man, he's just a worker on the space station who likes to make lighthearted, dirty, and dark jokes
lou winton may not have even been allowed to look at space training but he knows how to give orders, tries to keep departments organized via paperwork, and knows how to deal with SSD crew members all while being funny
What do you like about this character?: that he's mainly if I were ever to somehow work on a space station
What do you dislike about this character?: wha- nothing its literally just me without my name
What do you think makes this character fit to be a head of staff?: well like that biography said, I try to keep departments organized and know how to deal with SSD crew members if they are an important role

How would you rate your own roleplaying?: I don't remember last time I said something OOC and I act like a normal worker just in space and not like and astronaut who has to be professional literally all the time, so pretty good
