Reason of Ban: You, or another user of this computer or connection (nekon134) is banned from playing here. The ban reason is: Stole the bar shotgun as a non-antagonist, shot it at the officer chasing him because he found out the librarian was a horrible job and decided to RP becoming bad/insane. This is not prudent for an RP server and you should've read the rules and made your own decision as to whether this was a good idea or not before doing it. Also logged before I could respond to them to let them know, so it's a perma until this ban is appealed.
Reason for Appeal: I have no relation to nekon, I simply use this connection. I just wanted to play on the server, but it appears my uni is ip banned. I was hoping to have the ip ban lifted.
