I was told by other admins that VPNs aren't against the rules, I'd played the first time fine on it. But sure, if that's what you really need. It's whatever. I can play without a VPN. Aurora is old and you don't hear much drama about it. At first I assumed you guys denied my appeal for some weird and awful reason, because I assumed it'd get sorted after a week or something. Luckily I bookmarked this. Mind if I ask why I'm getting the special rule JUST for me? I get that the idiot who used a few of the IPs in that VPN was a wanker and got a lot of them banned, I'm not going to use this specific VPN anymore for other servers. If I do, its on my ass anyway, not going to become a weekly thing. But just once? Yeah cmon, don't leave me hanging over nothing. The reason I use a VPN is simple: I don't want to touch the whole spaceman dramabus special needs mins leaking or threatening via discord pm to leak information unless you r-r-r-roleplay with them (True story) or just attacking players on their way out. I've had a server host try to ddos me years ago to a spectacular failure. But I won't give them the satisfaction of naming them. It's sort of like an obligatory condom to me now that the quality of BYOND's hub has been taking a steady dive over the years. Turning from a once sweet and fun loving hobby to the equivalent of a back alley hooker. But I don't wanna give up on her yet, not even with all those needle tracks and those cold, dead eyes that stare back at me and say 'No vpn' She'll clean up eventually, r-right?

Reason of Ban: I logged in with a common VPN, someone had already been banned of the same IP as me. It's sad, I just started playing yesterday. Reason for Appeal: Discord told me to rush an appeal ASAP because you guys are hella busy. I tend to use VPNs when I play this game as some servers have drama, meltdowns, and leaks of player personal data. These things can rarely happen from time to time and I hope it's understandable to want to avoid situations like that and worse when you're connecting to a new server a while. That said, I've only just started playing here yesterday and have enjoyed the atmosphere and high roleplay, even if I haven't done much yet. On another note, hopefully the sped who got banned has grown up in their 5 years they've been in exile. Lmao
