I also know it's not a residential IP ban because I've had the same one for *years* at this point, for whatever reason.

I wasn't using a VPN. I know what HWID is since it isn't a thing unique to ss13/byond. I had the same issue on fulp the day after I created my account, that appeal is here https://forum.fulp.gg/t/perma-banned-for-someone-else/8064.

Many VMWare vms have the same HWID as people generally stick with the defaults for the emulated hardware. I realise that since the original ban was for ban evasion, this may look suspicious. I can do whatever is needed to prove that I am a different person.
