Why do you wish to play this species?: Because I find it captivating to roleplay as a species which is owned by a company and thus must follow their directives and so.
What makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a human?: Apart from mechanical differences(emps affect them, suit cooling instead of O2 tanks, etc), they are logical rather than empathetic, and thus act that way throughout the shift. IPCs are more like AIs without lawsets(unless in the case of corporate ownership), they have Postronic brains instead of brains, and although they do have a sense of self-preservation, are mainly there to maintain corporate directives/ do their job, not to necessarily love and care for anyone along the way.

Character Name: Zeus
Write a backstory for your character. This may include their origin, education, personality, and how they arrived at the SCCV Horizon.
Zeus was constructed illegally on Adhomai by Tajara rebels in 2429. Its creators were shot dead during the civil war, and it was sold off to a Rich businessman on Novi Jardan. Zeng Hu Pharmaceuticals purchased Zeus and temporarily had them work on Mars, until the phoron scarcity, and now they are in Zeng Hu’s employment. Since then, they have had a mediocre distrust of Tajara.
How has the recent events of the Orion Spur impacted your character? Events such as the Phoron Scarcity, the Solarian Collapse or even the Invasions of Biesel for interstellar-wide affairs, while region-specific events such as the Peacekeeper Mandate, The Titan Rises or even Cold Dawn may impact your character.
Stated in their backstory, the Tajaran Cold War was when they were illegally constructed, however, they were also involved in the Phoron Scarcity incident. Previously employed on Mars Zeus was forced to evacuate for safety concerns and now is employed onboard the Horizon.
How does your character view the megacorporation they work for?
Zeus views Zeng-Hu in a positive light, as they have given Zeus a well-off position working for the company on the Horizon.
