I always look towards the Forums for any new information though I'm not as active on there as I am in game. [b]Have you ever been banned, and if so, how long and why?:[/b]No [b]Have you ever volunteered as moderation staff for any other servers, SS13 or otherwise?:[/b] I have been Moderator as well as Admin from a wide variety of servers and games outside of SS13 and Byond. [b]Do you have any other experience that you believe would be relevant to a position in the CCIA?:[/b] I have been a longtime player of Tabletop RPGs and was also involved in making the premises of great stories for it as well. As well as my experience in Aurora Station in how a lot of things work and the various possibilities for events I believe I can make events fun for the round As well as my experience in playing IA in other SS13 servers gives somewhat of an insight on how to deal with incidents and complaints on shift. [b][u]Personality[/u][/b] [b]Why do you want to join the CCIA?:[/b]I want to join CCIA cause I want to be able to make the shifts fun and exciting for the crew. I can also be non-biased when it comes to incidents and love the research and process of solving cases and incidents. I want to have a bigger impact on the story as well as the lore behind the server as well as hold those accountable for their actions when it goes against the procedures. And I feel that I can do that in CCIA. [b]What do you think are the most important qualities for a CCIA Agent to possess?:[/b] Most important quality that a CCIA Agent should possess is the ability to think outside of the box. Having to respond to faxes sent in from command in order to drive a story in the server while keeping within the confines of the rules. Another Quality is to have the ability to keep IC and OOC separate so that certain information does not leak before being allowed to be known and to not let grudges or transgressions carry on after the round when delegation has happened after punishment for an Incident is given. Another is the means to be neutral in situations as a CCIA agent has to be neutral and can not pick favorites. They have to go by the book when it comes to reports and favoritism hinders them from doing fair delegations. [b]What do you think the purpose of a CCIA Agent is in an ongoing round?:[/b]The purpose of a CCIA agent in an ongoing round is to help drive an event if there is one via the faxes that are sent to centcomm and responding to them as providing insight and guidance to command. All in all, they are the driving force behind the rounds that help facilitate fun and exciting events for the round. [b]What do you think the purpose of a CCIA Agent is outside of the server?:[/b] Outside of the server CCIA agents are the responder's and investigators when incidents happen in rounds and are reported. Its a more involved means of dealing with incidents that happen within rounds and gives impact to the Player's characters and actually holds them accountable for breaking procedures as opposed to A helping and breaking immersion. [b]How do you handle stress?:[/b]I can handle stress very well. I work in a stressful environment throughout the day in my job as well as college. Being involved in supervisor roles as well as finding means to be able to coupe with it gave me the means to be able to handle stress very well. [b]How well do you work autonomously?:[/b] I do a lot of my best work autonomously. When given direction and parameters to work with I can find means to think and work outside the box to come up with an efficient solution. [b]Additional Notes:[/b]
