Hello, I'm Doug's brother. I can verify that Doug does not have two computers that he could play on. I know it might be a bit much to ask on my part, as it seems you really don't want to take the chance with him, but could you see about putting him on a sort of trial period to make sure? On the few times he has played so far he hasn't done anything close to griefing as far as I know and if he doesn't cause any big problems then would it be fine? Until recently the last time he played was likely years ago, so he's still trying to actively learn the game.
