What color do you plan on making your first alien character (Dionaea & IPCs exempt): I'm planning on a white M'sai female Tajara. Have you read our lore section's page on this species?: Yes. One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: I want to provide more RP capability for some of my characters, to enchance their biography. I Want to play tajara, because this will help me to better roleplay some situation with my other characters (mostly Arthur Wood). i always wanted to play a humanoid before as well, so this will only give me more possibilities in my role play and character Lore creations. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: Mostly the fact of the culture of the Tajara, its really different of those of the humans. Tajara's are more serious about their state in the society, this changes the way they talk, and solves the problems. Their biology and anatomy changes the way of play as well, as they are more Cat-like, and more resistant for cold environment. Tajara's names also are different, and mostly hard to pronounce by humans. As they tradition lies on their Clans, most of the time the name of the clan is their middle name. They language is also hard to speak for humans. due to their culture they speak in third person perspective instead of first like humans, although its possible to overcome this, most of tajaras speaks in first person to ones, that they really trust. Character Name: Mia'hal'ran Kerll'ahsp'pehar ( actually, its hard for me to think of any last name... i hope this will be good enough.) Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs Mia'hal'ran is a M'sai Female, of a white fur, with a one black spot on the aye and slightly grey tail tip. she was studying on the orbital station of the Adhomai and on planetside as well. Most of the time She spend in biology and anatomy classes, where She met Arthur Wood, an human that was studying in the same place. After graduation they part their ways, Mia starts applying for a military, And Arthur returned to Mars. After 5 years Mia travels to Wood's home planet to visit him, and so she starts to apply to a Nanotrasen research stations. Mostly as Paramedic, or even a basic Virology. What do you like about this character? I like the Fact that i want to create Mia as quiet tajara, backing off from the attention, most of the time she is just confused and scared when a lot of people is looking at her or overload her with conversation. but also, she always want to help others, she has only two humans, that she really trust. enough to slowly start speaking with them in the first person. she can be uncontrollable agressive, when exposed to a really high stress provoked by a crowds or simply being scared. She prefers to stay silent most of the time. Mia will be shy Tajara. How would you rate your role-playing ability? i'm playing on RP servers longer then on the aurora itself, mostly for 6 years now, as i started playing when i was 14 yo. so i think i'm good enough, although english isn't my native language, so this sometime can cause little troubles, but most of the time, it comes with my bad grammar, not understanding. Character name: Arthur Wood Character age: 54 Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): Wood was born on Mars, at Orcus Patera Colony. he graduated from Sol Biology and crystals Academy. he Was a professor at Adhomai orbital station. now he works For NT as a scientist and biologist. due to his knowledge, he also can be signed as surgeon, virologist and forensic tech. What do you like about this character?: He is one of the most friendly people on the station, his age shows the respect, and tolerance towards other races, especially because he work with tajaras most of the time. What do you dislike about this character?: during the jumpy time in his family, its hard for him to stop smoking, or drinking, he can live without this, but will quickly become irritated and angry about it... What do you think makes this character fit to be a head of staff?: Mostly his Knowledge. he is suitable to do very much for a station. because of his age, he can become a guardian inside an department, he can achieve goals with his crew and himself together.
