Taps the CMO

First off I'd like to apologize for being gone for about a week and a half, I just recently moved from Arizona to Montana (about 1100 miles), and should be back in game soon enough!

Now for the main purpose of this thread, what is everyone's thoughts and opinions on my IPC CMO, Taps. Any input is good input, and if there's something wrong with the character I can't fix it if I'm not aware, so please be honest in your feedback! Is he my next Nikit Vasili character, or something else?
