Overview of the Incident: On multiple incidences, Warden Palmero has spoken to me on derogatory terms, even referring to me as "it" or "something", rather than human. She has actively refused to hand out weapons to me given my dreg background, even when ordered to dispense them by the HoS. The transcript of this incident is below. In addition, a radio log for the security department is enclosed.

 

[Security] Sean Brianne says, "Warden. Dispense one laser rifle to Officer Mochia. Officer, report to the medical sub-level for carp."

[Security] Ime Mochia says, "Affirmed."

[Security] Stella Palmero says, "If it would hurry here, I'm awaiting at the Armory."

 

When pressed, Palmero doubled down, never issuing an apology, and only dispensed a rifle to me at the direct order of Commander Brianne.

Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: Yes. Talked with the acting Head of Security and Head of Personnel. Commander Brianne agreed that this was a persistent problem throughout Palmero's shifts. Shuttle was called. Both recommended I submit an IR, and promised to back it.

Additional Notes: I would grin and bear the situation, but it is getting to the point where it is actively impeding me trying to do my duty. I would appreciate the help so I may continue to assist the station.
