Overview of the Incident:

It was a normal day on the Horizon when I heard the skrell Engineer Quququqoqo scream for help in the AI chamber. I go there and witness the two Cyborgs ALLOY and BUDDY dragging the Engineer into the AI upload chamber, in front of T-0's mainframe. There, T-0 says, 

"INITIATE PAPERCLIP PROTOCOL"

ALLOY and BUDDY begin folding the skrell into a paperclip. It was horrific and I don't think that it is conducive to a good working environment.

I would like to add that the skrell Engineer repeatedly accused T-0 of being "just like Glorsh" as he was being restrained by the borgs, which is an insult not only to T-0 but also Tankovy (I have investments in that company), so there is some provocation involved.

Actions taken: Kadeem Rakrubijstri visited the AI chamber, but upon being approached by the Cyborgs, he screamed "meow" and fled the scene
