Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?:

The reason I want the whitelist is because I used to play a lot as AI when it didn't have a whitelist on Aurora, and it was one of my favorite ways to play just because of how radically different it is from playing crew or even borg.

I enjoy the almost GM-ey feeling that comes with AI, allowing you to give a better flow to a round and make it generally more enjoyable, interacting with crew and antags alike, while at the same time having a bird's eye view on an entire round almost like watching an ant colony.

Have you received any administrative actions? And how serious were they?: I have not received any administrative actions on any of my accounts, to my knowledge.

Do you understand your whitelist is not permanent, and may be stripped following continuous administrative action?: Yes.
