Science Department Camera Access

As it stands, science department has no access to cameras, or any laptop application to use cameras. They have Xenoarch isolation rooms, Xenobio is locked behind doors so you never know if someone needs help, and circuits add camera circuits to the research camera listing, but none of these can be used.

My suggestion is simple: Allow Science members access to download the camera app, and allow science department members to have access to the research related cameras. Simple as that.

Very much so, since you could throw a circuit camera through the portal and see where it lands.
