Give Bridge Crewman Airlock Access

I've had a dozen instances of having troubles interacting with off ship characters, because of issues with airlocks. For the sake of smoothing things between bridge crewman (who are often handled the role of "deal with the outsiders"), I suggest we give them airlock access. They're already EVA trained, and it allows things to go smoother.
