Brief Summary:

At approximately 20:50 or  thereabouts, Senior Patrolman Mi Ho-Jin was engaged in a foot patrol on the road by the Resting Tiger Bar/Nightclub. When he was flagged down by the primary (and only) witness by the KRC clinic. Stating that a patient in the clinic "Busted his ribs while (EXPLETED) around on the rooftops." 

The suspect was arrested after he recovered from surgery and came to. During a search on the suspect's person, a switchblade was also found on him. When asked why he was carrying a weapon, the suspect stated that he was "keeping it for collecting"

In total, the suspect was charged with:

1x trespassing

1x Insulting the public sentiment

1x Possession of a weapon

Released into the custody of: None, the Shift supervisor released on bail.
