Extremely annoying that every other away-mission role has it but miners, doubly annoying when you have to roleplay needing to install it or not each and every shift. I was told this was added in a PR a few weeks ago, I checked the PR, nothing about it being in the Mining PDA presets, only being given access to the program, unlike others such as the Bridge Crew, Command, and Research, who get it as a preset feature.
