Have you ever volunteered as moderation staff for any other servers, SS13 or otherwise?: I have been a Moderator for other servers, but never Aurora

Personality

Why do you want to join the CCIA?: I want to join the CCIA because I want to be able to help facilitate more fluid and enjoyable RP that is within the confines of the rules. I also want to be able to help with issues and investigate incidents to ensure fair play is consistent and people are held accountable should things get too far out of line.

What do you think are the most important qualities for a CCIA Agent to possess?: Main qualities are the ability to remain neutral. When it comes to investigating Incidents you have to be able to look at it all from a neutral stance. Can't let personal feelings cloud judgment when it comes to the concrete truth. Another important Quality is having good attention to detail. Being able to look at information and evidence thoroughly as a lot of times the solution can be hidden between the lines.

What do you think the purpose of a CCIA Agent is in an ongoing round?: During the round CCIA act as the main guides when it comes to events. To answering faxes sent by the ship to assisting Antags with rp to help with concept and to act as a guide for them.

What do you think the purpose of a CCIA Agent is outside of the server?: Outside the server a CCIA Agent answers Incident Reports and conduct investigations to get to the bottom what happened from a neutral stance. And once a conclusion has been found to then declare a ruling as well as hold employees and contractors accountable when policies are broken and direct command are not available to handle it at that time.

How do you handle stress?: I handle stress very well. In my other Job, I deal with stress daily and talk to stressed and angry callers throughout the week while staying calm.

How well do you work autonomously?: I work very well autonomously. Being able to think and work independently while still having guidance and advice should I need to collaborate with fellow agents to help with a certain case is how I do my best work.
