Overview of the Incident: Miner Urkk brought back with them uncontained and unsecured anomalous artifacts while mining to the Horizon. We had no anomalist on board to recieve such nor were they asked to collect and return any such articles. This lead to the unfortunate relocation of several crew members, including myself, being relocated EVA outside of the ship. This was further compounded upon by a comet on a collision course with the Horizon, requiring emergency maneuvers which put both spaced individual and rescue crews at terrible risk. Outside of some injuries, spaced crew and  were recovered. Urkk went to quarters before charges could be brought against them for gross negligence.

Submitted Evidence: A fax was sent with a memo about the incident. Unfortunately, outside of comms-logs, this will require in-person interviews.
