Add the ability to be heard from off screen

Add the ability for players to be heard from off screen, either by shouting or through solid doors or walls if they're loud enough. I think it would be soul to hear someone screaming from down the hall, or a deck above you. It is kind of odd that something could be happening a tile off screen and you wouldn't know unless you walked over. Also, it's infuriating how many times I've tried to shout after someone and they step out of sight right as I send my message. Two exclamation points should be reaching farther than a few feet from me!!

I would also be down to pay for this to be added, since there's probably a ton of incidental stuff I haven't considered that would need to be made first and I wouldn't want that to discourage it from being added.
