Larger Text-Entry Boxes

So, the text entry boxes that pop up when you press 't' or 'f2' and the likes... can we make them bigger? I doubt I'm the only person who's typo and grammatical error rates would go down if they could actually see what they'd typed all at once instead of having to scroll back through it.

Before anyone comments on the nice command line we have at the bottom of the screen which does hold more text... that's nice and all, but it's often quicker to just click a button or hotkey than to enter in a command in the console, so that's what I generally do.

That actually sounds really nice. Especially because there are a few things that can only use that tiny box, PDA's, command announcements, emergency messages to central, which are generally longer than using "say" or "me" anyway.

Yeah... ahelp, say, me, ooc, the admin channels, all the announces, the AI's ability to message centcom, PDA messages, and, like, probably half a dozen others that I either don't know about or can't remember.

That's a BYOND limitation. There are other types of chat windows but they queue up (Meaning you only get one window at a time) where with say, looc, ooc, me, all the chat channels, you are able to have multiple windows open at once. Example http://puu.sh/kF0aO/14113a6462.jpg

You can't do that with the other window types to my knowledge (When PMing people we need to close one message window before being able to open another message window, annoying if we are speaking to more than one person at once)

It might very well be worth it to be able to actually read what I've typed.

Shucks. Oh well. I'm going to assume that unless someone steps up to code, from scratch, a text entry box that doesn't invoke the basic Byond one it's out of the question then.
