A scrambled voice starts talking over the video: This person is detective Cara Manuela Beach. She has recently left Mendell Police Force and joined NT Internal Security as a Detective on NSS Exodus. During her work for the police force, not only did she get a significant insight into the Biesel Underworld, but she also helped solve several cases that involved our members. She is a nuisance.
