Guest Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Reporting Personnel: Erransis Fedranin Rank of Reporting Personnel: Captain - Level 2 - Rank 13 Paygrade Personnel Involved: Ana Roh'hi'tin (Surgeon/Coroner) Time of Incident: N/A Real time: N/A Location of Incident: NSS Exodus Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault []Misconduct [X]Other Falsification of employment identity; taking up valuable personnel allocations slots Overview of the Incident: Ms. Roh'hi'tin frequently boards the station under the occupation of 'Surgeon' . This would not be an issue, if Ms. Roh'hi'tin WAS actually a surgeon, or even a holder of a doctorate of medicine. But she is not. When she boards as Surgeon, she will immediately PDA the Head of Personnel or Captain in their absence, and request a re-title to Coroner, as she says: 'I am only qualified to operate on the dead' I do not think this is a necessarily bad thing, often Medical Doctors and Surgeons are too busy helping injured people to conduct in-depth autopsies and fill out the reports, and having someone available to do such is very helpful for someone like myself, who is also employed as a Chief Medical Officer. It does however, present two issues: It takes up one of the precious Medical Doctor personnel allocation slots for the shift. When there is no Head of Personnel or Captain, Ms. Roh'hi'tin goes the shift mis-identified as a surgeon and medical practitioner, and could engage in treating someone when she is not properly licensed or qualified to do so. It would be simply easier if they boarded the station under the 'Assistant' allocation slot or request visitation rights, or even to join as a Nursing Intern. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: N/A Additional notes: I am very busy and would prefer not to be interviewed about this; Ana Roh'hi'tin should be able to provide the necessary information to conduct a decent investigation on this issue. If I absolutely must be interviewed, I will be free Saturday, March 19th, and Thursday, March 24th, after this point I will be consistently free at random times.
