Ranks for ERT members?

There may have been a question like this before, but what are the ranks for ERT members? I've seen Troopers, Lt/Tprs, Lt/Cmdrs, and Commanders. Is that it, or are there more? Just wondering, because afaik anyone can join an ERT and this could be useful info.
