I found it extremely informative, espectially on the different types of Synthetics. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph format. One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: On many servers, which are now shut down- I used to play an IPC. I loved the fact that IPCs couldn't get sick and were immune to toxins. Not only are these bonuses, they're extremely easy to maintenance. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: IPCs are fully mechanical, making them easier to fix up than humans. Just like humans, IPCs can take on different personality traits depending on their programming. There are different varieties of IPCs so not everyone will play the same IPC. Character Name: Matt (MATT) Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs The Integrated Positronic Chassis, or IPC known as MATT stands for Mechanized Analysis Technician of Technology. Matt was created by Zaccheus Azariah Hawke in his small workshop in Tau Ceti. Hawke worked in the Virology area of Medical on a small research ship going through the solar system, as Hawke began to realize that no matter what species he came into contact with, there is a chance to spread disease and viruses through physical contact and by air. Hawke soon found the answer as he began interacting with IPCs at a station pit stop, he immediately went to work. Throughout his travels he began to buy and sell things for scrapped parts, the first prototype of Matt was finally born. Matt's software ran smoothly, it was the IPC's physical limitations that prevented it from working at full capacity. Through hard work and dedication the final version of Matt was finished, polished parts, brand new screen, there was no rust. Hawke took the processors out of the prototype and installed them into the final product, Matt was given a personality and sentience. As Hawke continued on the journey he taught Matt the ways of Virology and introduced him to Genetics and the basics of Medical. As time went on, so did many crew members- Matt interacted with many different species, as people came and went so did his home. Hawke passed away in 2450 CE, leaving Matt 7 years to travel through Tau Ceti. He was eventually picked up by Nanotrasen to work in the medical wing of the NSS Exodus, he requested transfer to the Aurora not long ago. Matt currently sits on the NSS Exodus waiting for transfer to the Aurora. He will bring his research with him and everything he owns, granted that he is allowed. He is currently one of the top 3 Virologists that the station has to offer, only a minor outbreak of two incidents have occurred on record of a virus outbreak, one being the common cold and the other being a break in the system that set an experimental virus loose. What do you like about this character? I enjoy Virology and medical in general, having an IPC just makes it much more fun. It seems like a machine's job. How would you rate your role-playing ability? From a scale of 1-100 I'd say 94. Not everyone is perfect, some people do slip up with typos and whatnot. Notes: If anything needs to be changed, please contact me. They're a bit scattered, but some of the background could add more flare to your character. (Withholding a +1 since I've never actually interacted with you, so thus, I have no info to base a solid judgement. But yeah. Welcome. ) Link to comment

One minor thing is that while posibrains are not impossible to construct by oneself, they're time consuming.. very time consuming, if the maker is trying to save money. Maybe add a little something about how long Matt's construction took? Either way, approved. Congratulations. Good job. You did it! Great moves, Ethan, keep up the good work. Link to comment
