Breaks aboard the station

How do breaks and off-time work in-lore? Do all Trasen employees get a limited amount of off-time each shift? Are there station-wide breaks? Or does it work differently?

Typically you ask your head of staff if it's ok to wander off for awhile, and you get to do such for however long until they call you back or you go back. The entire station going on break at once would be silly. It works just like most workplaces.
