Lucifina-chan Posted April 27, 2018 Posted April 27, 2018 Reporting Personnel: Lucille Banzarok Rank of Reporting Personnel: Security Cadet Game ID: bT6-co71 Personnel Involved: Denzel Williamson, Security Officer: Offender Baron Von Zemo, CSI: Witness Arthur Mcmullen, Detective: Witness Time of Incident: Real time: Approx 12:40 EDT Location of Incident: Brig Nature of Incident: Assault, misconduct Overview of the Incident: Officer Williamson and I were conducting an investigation into a complaint between a visitor and a miner. It was revealed during questioning that the miner used a proto-kinetic accelerator on the visitor. The CSI and I told WIlliamson that the accelerator was evidence, and needed to be treated as such. Williamson refused and gave the accelerator back to the miner. After questioning, Williamson detained the miner, but let the visitor go. We went back to Security, where Williamson processed the miner, but did not brig her according to protocol. When he let the miner go, the CSI attempted to detain her for questioning. This immediately prompted Williamson to arrest the CSI for illegal detainment. This culminated with Williamson flashing the CSI. When that failed, he proceeded to beat the CSI nearly to the point of unconsciousness with his stun baton. He then detained the CSI, processed him, and brigged him. However, Williamson did not obtain a warrant before arresting the CSI. Williamson justified his actions by saying that we were new here, and he was not. Throughout this entire incident, he completely ignored all input from myself, the CSI, and the detective. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: No, as none were on shift at the time Actions taken: N/A Additional Notes: It seems to me that Williamson is not familiar with ISD protocol and procedure. How he made it to Officer is beyond me. In addition, based on the way he was acting, it looks to me like Williamson appointed himself the de facto HoS.
