BYOND Key: LobbyZ Game ID: bsrSTf Player Byond Key: Printer16 Staff involved: Juani2400 Reason for complaint: Metagrudging/metagaming Approximate Date/Time: 27/08/2016 - 16:00 So basically his char, Salvador Kelly, keeps harassing my char, Triston Duncan claiming amongst other things that I have been working in Science, Medical and Engineering saying that i'm unqualified and so on. Now the reason this complaint is up here is this; Never been science. Only been a chemist, i cryo when I become a doctor or w/e. Only been an engineer and atmospheric technician Those are the skilled jobs then you have the janitor, QM, cargo tech and shaft miner. They do not need skill at all. I tried for ONE round to be a security cadet and I lost interest then one or two rounds as a warden during ANTAG rounds so it does not carry over. I have never seen Salvador Kelly when I was any of these jobs except for engineering so how would he know that i've been in those positions? Every single round I am on and he sees me, he starts doing that. For the record, Triston is 24 and it is not really unreasonable for a person to know 2 or 3 jobs at most especially since engineering and atmospherics is essentially the same and chemistry is a relatively simple job.

Muncorn is one of the few people that actually wants to roleplay so yes, he'd be great for moderating.

Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: To help out the server in terms of roleplay and actually not be a idiotic head of staff like few people are also because I want to expand my abilities to RP like HoP or CE. Why did you come to Aurora?: First server I saw from my hiatus from SS13 and the HRP thing intrigued me so here I am. Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: Roleplay isn't really just about doing /me and actions, it's how you portray your character, what he or she (or it) does so it's rather difficult to say what roleplay should be because it is opinions really, I believe that roleplay is and should always be about how you play your character, how would they react in real life to situations, what would they do in a situation of life and death and so on. Think of it like your child, you "make" it, you nuture it, you help it grow and you teach it things as it teaches you. What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: To guide the players into making accurate RP decisions, to be the "voice" between admins and players IC wise with the whole CC faxing and so on, to make sure everyone has a fun time roleplaying and to make sure nobody fucks things up. I'd strive by being an example, a leader if you will, by not trolling or "memeing", actually roleplaying and be a proper NT head of staff with procedures and so on since it is a research station afterall. Character name: Triston Duncan Character age: 24 Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): Triston Duncan comes from a moderately wealthy family back on Terra where he studied quite hard for the line of work he usually ends up in which is Engineering and Chemistry. He has a distrust for synthetics as he believes they will eventually take over the galaxy enslaving or killing off all organics in the process. He used to work for several private companies like SpaceSoft and Galaxypple including several local ones in the country where he hails from, Sweden. Triston has an affinity for computers as he spent quite a bit playing around with them in his spare time and currently owns five computers. He lives in a small but modern apartment near Biesel which acts as his work apartment as he originally lives in Sweden but comes this way for work. He does not like people normally and is a closed-in person but can at times or if he wants to, speak up. He is also an asshole to most people as he believes in the saying, "Treat people like they treat you". He has no real loyality to NanoTrasen and treats it like just another company to work with and his attitude reflects that, he works to make it profitable but if given the choice between being fired and helping NT, he would pick the former. He used to date a beautiful man he loved very much who sadly passed away a year ago which he still recoils from. He is pansexual. What do you think makes this character fit to be a head of staff?: He's smart, he's not a idiot and does not have circles of friends he solely RPs with. How would you rate your own roleplaying?: I'd say pretty decent, I adapt to people roleplaying so if you meet Triston and you start roleplaying heavily, he responds in kind but he never goes below the "low" standards of roleplay, same with Oblivion.
