It... really feels like you didn't read the lore. Dionae are not humans in any way, shape or form. They are a bipedal amalgam made of smaller, woody caterpillar-like organisms that have joined with one another to form a whole. The name is far too short as they are a long-winded species that have names that summarize their life experiences like a long book title. They are also completely incapable of smiling. Please re-read their lore in-depth, attached for you in this link here, which also has links for you to take a look at the other species. Another thing that the others have mentioned is that your answers are too short when the forum clearly asks you to reply in a paragraph each. We like details here! What is obvious is your eagerness, and that I can definitely appreciate. However, you seemed to have jumped into deeper waters without training in the shallow end first. Your account is far too new- created today, in fact- with only one round under your belt for playtime the last I checked, and it is clear that you are new to Aurora as a server. I am unfortunately going to have to deny this application for now because of this. It may seem unfair for me to do so this soon, but it is better than leading you on for all three days. Thanks for this reply, quite honestly you’re correct, I jumped in way to fast into this universe with little to no respect and I want to strait up apologize for my ignorance, however I will continue to learn about this universe and come back in a month with playtime + knowledge under my belt and retry this. One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: Whenever I play any roleplaying game I usually I pick the peaceful druid type, because of that this race has really stuck out for me. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: Overall I want a look that can fit what I'm seeking to roleplay and a human at face value can be seen as anything. On the station most of the time the guy acting nice usually is seen as plotting something evil. Character Name: Cardew Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs The dark back allies of major cities on Sol III are dangerous, not matter what planet you go to, crime is gonna be there. The people who abuse systems will be punished, either by law or by those who also abuse it. One dark warm night in the spring time a man was laying back on a trash bin, he was holding his stomach clearly shot in the chest. Going to the hospital would get him in jail but if he didn't he would die, but he felt someone behind him. Lit up by the back alley lights was a tall brown Dionaea standing over him. The man taking a back to this was frighted but overall confused, the Dionaea could tell giving a small smile and laugh to the mans reaction. The Dionaea looked at his wounds and saw the bullet went through his chest and luckily missed anything impotent, he gave the man a reassuring smile and uttered "You're gonna be alright, promise." the man didn't believe it, but the voice of the Dionaea was so peaceful he had to believe him. From his satchel the Dionaea grabbed some bandages and helped stop the mans bleeding enough, and then asked the man one thing, "Please, leave this life you are attached to, it is not worth all the pain you experience and everyone else will." The man agreed. When the Dionaea went to leave the man asked for his name, "Cardew, we are Cardew, and we wouldn't like it any other way.". What do you like about this character?
