What is the point of a Physician (or Trauma Physician) if they cannot do ANY surgery? Every Physician would just become a surgeon if they wanted to do anything. From my knowledge, there are two ways to treat people: chemicals to treat the damage or surgery. If Physicians can't fix with surgery, then they're completely reliant on chemists or pharmacists to provide medicine. They should have more training than an EMT (or Paramedic) that has practically the same skillset.
