Kreydis Posted July 6, 2019 Posted July 6, 2019 (edited) Reporting Personnel: Erwin SlagmiesterJob Title of Reporting Personnel: ParamedicGame ID: b17-bamePersonnel Involved: Tandi Suhk - Captain , Jaden Halliwell - Chief Medical Officer , Faith Windsor - Biochemist , Albert Maxwell - Medical Doctor/CMOTime of Incident:Real Time: 10:50 AM GMT 07/06/2019 roughlyLocation of Incident: EMT medical / medical in generalNature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [X] - Neglect of Duty [X] - Harassment [X] - Assault [X] - Misconduct [X] - Other , Attempting to coerce a co-worker to file an IR report against me, despite their insistence that they do not wish to report me, for actions taken after my assault. Refusing to even question me about actions taken during or after my assault, and presuming the worst leading to the former. And very, very bad attempts at intimidation.Overview of the Incident: Biochemist Faith Windsor pointed a toy cap-gun at a co-worker playfully. In return I (I being Erwin Slagmiester for all future I's) playfully attempted to slap the capgun out of her hands. I forget if I was successful or not, in either case, it led to a friendly chase to EMT where we were shoving each other. Eventually inside of EMT, Faith smashed a bottle on my body, a minor wound without consequence, the glass was thrown down disposals and after a tiny playful scuffle, Faith was pushed down, and ejected from EMT's room. I remind you, this is all happening while there is no ongoing emergency, or calls for medical aid, as has been the majority of the shift. After the assault I attempted to pull up Faith's records, and noticed they were not displaying, as they usually do on my Medi-hud, later also confirmed by CMO, but that is an after-point. I attempted to pull up records to see if Doctor Faith was having a Psychotic episode, seeing as how pulling out a bottle and smashing it on someone is irregular, as far as I know. As I would have had ANYONE assaulted me, to see if I needed to provide medication to treat them properly, as she was no threat to anyone else at the time. Regardless, CMO happened upon the scene, questioned what was going on, freaked out about my attempt at reading records without asking me for my reasons, neglecting to care in the slightest. Questioned Doctor Faith separately in his quarters, with a security officer, and perhaps the captain later on, I do not know, I was not there, it was not my business. Where later, I learned they attempted to Coerce Doctor Faith to put in an IR against me, without even attempting to actually investigate the issue before going to this level. Once they were done speaking to Doctor Faith, the Captain ordered me aside, and spoke to me out of earshot of anyone, where she demanded that I never open records again unless it's an emergency, (As per protocol. Though I fail to see how being assaulted with a glass bottle which could easily be turned into a weapon does not constitute a minor emergency, all be it, one that was neutralized.) Then she threatened if she ever hears of me doing anything ever again, she will make sure I never work on NSS Aurora ever again. Once again, failing to have ever asked me for my version of the events, nor directing security, detective, or anyone else to investigate the matter. The CMO later said, whom I have never worked with before to my recollection said. "No matter where you go, trouble seems to follow." Which I will also question. In the entire shift, outside of the assault on my body, which they attempted to get an IR report on me, what counts as 'trouble'? Doctor Albert Maxwell commented that this situation is highly irregular, considering the circumstances, and was present during most of the incidents reported, or was in earshot. As were a few other medical staff who's names I can not remember at this time.Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Negative. Unable to, as command staff at the time are the reason for this IR report. And no IAA were present.Actions taken: None, as they are the subject of the report.Additional Notes: Paramedic Erwin Slagmiester, that although he was assaulted by Doctor Faith, he does not wish to file this IR report against her. It was a minor indecent that could've been properly resolved had any level of communication been attempted. Which as described in the report, was neglected to a impressive degree. I also suggest that this is because of my relations to IAC that they took measured steps to neglect any amount of investigation, to attempt to oust me from the station as quickly as possible. I also note that throughout the shift, the Captain, Tandi Suhk was harassing Doctor Albert Maxwell for some apparent reason, of which we are not entirely sure on, instead of following her own chain of command and asking the CMO and then the CMO asking him. Instead choosing to come to Medical, without even knowing of the assault, for some other apparent reason. I suggest it was because of the bartender that fell down the elevator that was required to be cloned, then went SSD as he was cloned. Though she was noticeably aggressive in her interactions with the Doctor, asking why she had to come down here to get an answer from the NOT at the time CMO, Albert Maxwell.
