Turn Internals Box into Emergency Kit

Everyone spawns with a box for internals incase of emergencies, even Vaurcae because of dumb spaghetti code.

 

Wouldn't it be good for emergencies if these boxes were turned into little kits for emergency survival? And by kit, I don't mean a Mini Bear Grills Survival Pack, I mean just the current box, with internals, and a crowbar and something extra, like an air bubble (if those fit in there when folded up, I forget their size category). I'm suggesting this because usually whenever a power outage happens, few people have access to the emergency toolboxes with crowbars in them so people resort to smashing windows to make crowbars themselves.
