ZipZopBoopityBop Posted January 18, 2020 Share Posted January 18, 2020 BYOND Key: ZipZopBoopityBop Total Ban Length: Permanent Banning staff member's Key: Cnaym Reason of Ban: I was antag banned under a CKEY Poxbane, they defaulted into banning the account I currently use ZipZopBoopityBop for ban evading which I presumed was fair. Reason for Appeal: My old account was Antag banned from an original article featured from a Mercenary round on march sixth 2019 and drwago applied that ban. I ended up buying a new computer, forgot my credentials and I just decided to make a new account. I would more than happily oblige with the old antag ban and apply separately for that. I came back to byond right around christmas time and had been playing on the server from Christmas of 2019 to January 14 2020. I've enjoyed playing with a few folks and went out of my way to message them on the daily. Miss the community and people I had the opportunity to play with, thank you for looking at my request ~Zip Link to comment
Cnaym Posted January 22, 2020 Share Posted January 22, 2020 Heya, sorry for the wait, internet troubles for almost a week now. I am willing to lift this, there are however two things that you need to accept before that happens. 1.) Ban evading is among the worst things one can do, it ruins the trust really. If you ever have to change ckey, with or without ban, send us an ahelp and let us merge the accounts for notes and such. 2.) Make sure to give the rules a good read before jumping back in. I don't see much trouble coming from you if I lift this, but a second perma ban will most likely not be easily appealed, or given the circumstances, will lead to a community wide ban without appeal. Let me know that you understand those and are acting in good faith, working together with us in future to not get into trouble again, and I will lift the ban. Link to comment

We'll have to merge zipzop with poxbane then since I don't have access to that email anymore. 2.) my intentions coming back I believe are in good faith which is why I submitted the appeal. 3.) I accept what you have presented in front of me and I understand any fooling around will lead to dire consequences pretty easily and I will review the rules again.
