Overview of the Incident:

During the beginning of the shift, I was standing inside the medical bay lobby, awaiting calls for assistance as I usually do. It was upon the arrival of Sanaa Al-Mansoor that she confronted me, telling me to call her a deviant, at which point she would then tell me to fuck off. I complied with her request, at which point she responded in kind, telling me to fuck off, witnessed by the present medical staff. Fros'Qerr Vel-Rena and Adelina Martnick witnessed the exchange and the Intern's departure following.

Soon after this all occurred, I was issued an injunction from the Head of Security, Que Tup'Xequal'Valurex. It was apparently requested by Cart Kanara, but at the time I wasn't aware of such and assumed Sanaa had filed it with the Head of Security. Violating the injunction (refrain from conversing with Sanaa Al-Mansoor), I confronted her over the radio and soon found myself on the way to the Liaison's office, to speak with him given the nature of the injunction, as I hadn't started the issue that lead to the injunction.

It was at that point the Skrellian asserted that I was under arrested, and I announced my intent to speak with Cart. The Skrellian followed me to the Diplomatic Offices and stood by while I spoke with Cart about the subject, who refused to respond due to our own current injunction between each other in place. It was at that point the Head of Security enforced intent to arrest me once more and demanded I present my hands.

I told the Head of Security that I wouldn't need cuffs and was willing to walk back to the brig, but the Head of Security elected to flash me instead, something that in a dimly lit room such as the Diplomatic Offices is an exceptionally painful thing for a Tajara. I responded by swiping out and scratching the Head of Security, which prompted another skirmish in the offices themselves, that lead to me once again asserting I was trying to tell them I could walk to the brig without issue, at which point I was stunned with a baton and put to the floor, forced into a chair, cuffed to said chair, and wheeled to the brig like a limp corpse in a classic holofilm. Upon gaining my bearings en-route to the brig, I was informed that all I had to do was "stop fucking talking", and was then processed for charges of minor assault, neglect to execute an order, and resisting arrest.

I requested that the Skrell leave me alone, upon being placed in a cell, but they elected to return me a copy of the former injunction with threats of harsher punishments if I did not have the copy with me, a tactic commonly utilized by agents from the People's Republic of Adhomai when it comes to honorary Party memberships. Still in immense pain, I crumpled the form and tossed it to the floor of the cell, and did not see the Skrell for the rest of the shift.

Upon my arrival to the soon arriving departures shuttle, I inspected my belongings and found my issued ration box, featuring a limited edition cool schlorrgo sticker was dented, and faced excessive melting from what I could only assume to be a byproduct from the stun baton, effectively ruining my box (which is was issued to me with my room at the Hadii Complex) and the much more important sticker, which are in limited print.

The crux of the issue is not the damage to my property, but the rather haphazard method of baiting me, and then detaining me that was present throughout the shift. I was approached by somebody with the intent to antagonize and prompt a response from me, then placed under injunction, then assaulted when I refused cuffs and attempted to comply peacefully as defined under i202, Resisting Arrest within Corporate Regulations. I received no medical attention for my eyes, and was continually antagonized with smart remarks from the Skrell such as "Amazing" when I demanded the full time for my charges and was informed that I was wasting their time, despite my attempts to comply peacefully with their directives, following failure of garnering the Liaison's assistance.

Actions taken: Flashed, stunned with a baton, arrested for resisting arrest and minor assault.
