reason of  ban : ignoring rules they were asked multiple times in multiple situation

reason for appeal ban : alright... i have read all of those rules on Aurora Station , and i understand where is my fault , i got it , and i'm fool not read all of those rules , but this time i read it all

I'm just going to deny this ban again. If you think this is the wrong choice, you can contest this in a staff complaint if you feel it is appropriate.
