Reliance, Surgeon - Witness, saw them smoking in the hallways and leaving burnt cigarettes all over the hall and morgue floors.

Overview of the Incident: EMT Yorick Gallows had been caught smoking nonstop around the medical bay's GTR floors and the sublevel morgue. Upon being asked to, if they were going to smoke anywhere, at least to not do it in the morgue where there were currently corpses stored, they responded telling myself to 'Do something about it.' Thus, I am, especially considering this conduct is not unknown of them. The same shift, they were encouraging making fun of a patient whom lost their limbs, calling them a tripod. They had also littered cigarettes all over the floors in both the morgue and the main level medical bay. Their overall conduct is unbecoming of any medical facility or personnel, and presents a risk to cooperation within the department, which then presents a risk to patients as a result. They refused to comply with the Captain after the NFC-0109 had been submitted, instead going into the morgue and drinking heavily, then berating over the medical radio channel.

Submitted Evidence: An NFC-0109 Complaint Form was signed by CMO Pierre Godard as witness and filled out by myself, but due to the shuttle arriving very soon, I had forgotten to make a copy for IR submission. The form was delivered to Captain Qiang Long.

Actions taken: Captain Qiang Long attempted to address the issue with the EMT, however, the EMT promptly responded while drunk in the morgue, that they were not interested and became argumentative over medical communications. Pushing for further results was not possible, because of the shuttle arriving.

After receiving further information on what happened during the shift, it is clear that the offender, Yorick Gallows, actions were unequivocally influenced by antag events that happened during the round.
