IC Warnings for other characters

This might be a dumb question, but, how would one best phrase an IC warning from, say, upper management? I don't think something like "this human seems to naturally get more friendly with non-humans" makes sense in, say, medical or security. Should it perhaps be part of the general description of said character?

 

"This is [name here] they are [x] and [x], etc.

NOTE FROM NANOTRASEN: [name here] tends to be much more friendly with non-humans rather than humans, please report any odd behavior.

You can see that these always end with "X's Notes". Doctor, Recruiting Officer, such comments about your character would fit in there the best, I'd say.
