Bear Posted May 18, 2022 Posted May 18, 2022 Reporting Personnel: Kasimir Rudzutaks Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Birdge Crew Game ID: chZ-dgGw Personnel Involved: -Zuleika-Varushka Xrimqil-loix, Executive Officer, Offender -Naalp Riqaij'aal, Captain, Offender and Victim -Amara Nasr, Bridge Crew, Victim -Hellebore, Bridge Crew, Victim Secondary Witnesses: Real Time: 1745 CST 5/18 Location of Incident: Bridge, Bridge Hall, Bridge Conference Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [x] - Accident/Injury [ ] - Destruction of Property [ ] - Neglect of Duty [x] - Harassment [x] - Assault [x] - Misconduct [ ] - Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: A help request was heard by this one from bridge crewman Nasr over the radio. As this one was within close proximity, and the station was suffering from severe power loss due to unrelated security issues, this one responded to find her being attacked by a gremoiran in the bridge hall. The XO, Xrimqil-loix was in the next room as well, near the entrance to the bridge where the shutters had dropped. However as Miss Nasr escaped into the conference room, the beast shifted it's attention to the XO. As this one was preparing to line up a shot, the XO ran into the bridge conference with the beast close behind. Running past Miss Nasr, they proceeded to turn and shove miss Nasr to the ground who was already in a very wounded state and sacrifice her to the vile bug. Thankfully, this one had his blaster readied now and shot it. This in itself was disturbing, and the incident was reported to the Captain. However, after the report, no action was deemed necessary by the Captain as he stated this would have been acceptable for any crew member. This one had come to voice his grievance about working with someone who would more than readily sacrifice their fellow crewman to certain death along with Hellborne. At this point the XO proceeded to draw their sidearm on us and growl like some feral beast. This one attempted to give the XO a moment to clarify their thinking and ask them if they were going to charge their weapon, to which the XO stated they were not. This one asked the captain to intervene, as the XO proceeded to throw racist slurs. Eventually the XO put their first gun down, then at the order of the Captain and then drew a .45 from their bag instead. At this point they were finally ejected from the bridge. This one understands they had arrived from a significant security event about 20 minutes prior or so. But this does not negate or excuse this behaviour in the workplace. He also cannot understand the Captain's reasoning in excusing sacrificing other crew members in some 'survival of the fittest' rationale. Submitted Evidence: Have the interactions with the Captain after we went to file a formal complaint on recording. Would you like to be personally interviewed?: [x] - Yes (only if needed) [ ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: Captain Riqaij'aal. Actions taken: No action taken initially for unknown reasons. XO finally ejected from the brig after brandishing and menacing with two sidearms.
