Reason of Ban: Harassing a developer in DMs.
Reason for Appeal: I've had quite a bit of time to reflect on this. Firstly, I do apologize for my conduct. It is, in nearly every possible circumstance, very poor form to threaten people, jokingly, exaggerated or not. Harassment is a serious business nobody should have a stake in.

Now, Styx initiated DMs with me, since a mutual friend told him I was quite mad at his changes. Styx was a very good friend of my mutual friend, and I spent four months playing minecraft with the both of them, so I assumed a level of acquaintance and familiarity when speaking to Styx. In doing so, I threatened Styx in various ways. I was under the impression that it was being taken in comedic stride, but no matter the context nor intent, that is unacceptable, shameful, and harassment by most definitions. Such words are deleterious enough that a lack of consideration when speaking with them is problematic on its own, and assuming such things is foolish to a degree I did not think myself capable. I have clearly proven myself wrong. 

My lack of consideration could and has negatively impacted this community, regardless of whatever justifications I make and give here. And that is the part that has the most effect on me; I love playing on Aurora, I love the people, and I don't think they deserved any form of my conduct. Such will be a sort of personal mark I have to carry in my mind for quite a while, even if this appeal is accepted. But I do hope it is, because I wish to prove that I can do better than my worst.
