Overview of the Incident: [This recording is made in Light's Edge Freespeak in order for the events to be more fluently described] I arrived on shift, ready to make desperately needed Credits. I requested the Captain grant me access to Maintenance in order to do the really dirty work of cleaning it. The Captain agreed and gave me the role of Janitor for the shift. Success. As I was getting ready I visited the Chapel to make my prayers. Investigator Goldberg was there, and told me he needed something from me. I asked him what and he said he is looking for someone. I asked what he meant and he asked I hand over my ID card. As he is Security, I did so. He then pulled out a pair of handcuffs and started to grab at me, and punched me in the chest! He said 'Sorry!', but kept trying to grab me. This arrest was illegal, attempted without warrant on Code Green and I was scared he would hurt me if there were no witnesses. I pushed him off, and he pulled his gun! I had no choice but to defend myself, so I disarmed him and took the firearm and fled so he couldn't use it on me. He pulled out another unidentified weapon and began chasing me down. He cornered me and I was forced to defend myself so I attempted to use the Disruptor (which was unlocked with the safety off) to try and stun him before he could seriously injure me. As the other officers arrived, he lied to them and told them that I jumped him, ambushed him and attacked him at full force. This is untrue. The other Officers put me in cuffs, and the only one to remotely question the Investigator was Johnny Rays saying something like "we are just going to believe everything he says?" after finding my ID in Investigator Goldbergs wallet. I was marched in cuffs to the brig, and was questioned by Officer Trovensky Heapatus who also speaks Freespeak. He helped translate for me, while Officers, including Goldberg, were mocking me for speaking Freespeak - saying I shouldn't have a job if I don't speak Ceti Basic, which I do, just not as fluently as they want. Officer Mahran Darrmiazu was repeatedly saying I was guilty, and that the team should not 'entertain' my side of the story.

While I was explaining myself, Officer Sevastian Yevgeniy was pressing charges into the system against me based on, and I quote "the Investigator's word against yours". I told them that I was too poor to possibly afford a fine, and requested time in the Brig if I was going to be falsely charged, which Officer Yevgeni obliged. On my way out of the holding cell, Sigmund Goldberg swung at me and narrowly missed and once again said 'Sorry!' just like he did in the Chapel when he attacked me. His words were "Hands are haywire still." After this the Commanding Head of Security arrived, an IPC named Quyo. The IPC also said that it is the Investigators word against mine, and no cross-examination happened. I was told to serve my sentence. ""Your word is not equal to the investigator's. That is the truth." is what it said. The Investigator then went to Cryostasis and I was released. I told Officer Yevgeniy that this Brigging was a crime and he said "Of course, my friend!" mockingly. As I left the HoS said 'Vagrants' under its breath. This was all extremely humiliating, so I went to the only other available Head of Staff to report the Commander and his Officer's treatment of me.

CMO Haily Wise listened and told me the Executive Officer had arrived and they came to speak with me. However, before I could explain myself fully - the HoS appeared and began to berate me. The Executive Officer said "You are an assistant. Quyo is a respected member of staff." once again implying that because of my low station I do not have a right to defend myself. Quyo said I was telling lies, called me a 'chattering bird' and said that it is designed to analyze and has concluded that itself is correct and that "I will disregard you as the Gumori does to the foul dung." which is terrible to say to a Janitor. I was dehumanized beyond anything I can describe. No voice, no justice, regarded as walking feces. I may be an Assistant, but this is the highest station I have held in life, and it means nothing to this Head of Staff. He disgraces his position as Commander by allowing crimes to be perpetrated upon those who views as inferior. CMO Hailey Wise kindly suggested that I write this incident report, and although many Officers are involved and interviewing them all may prove difficult; it is Sigmund Goldberg and by extension HoS Quyo who wilfully allowed this crime to be perpetrated against me.
