Give a Distress Beacon To The Spark

The Spark lacks any sort of distress beacon to alert the Horizon of problems if they are out of the Holopad range. Not only would this be useful for the Spark (God help I ran out of fuel), but it could also give third parties a chance to get involved if they see the beacon from our little friend. In addition to this, third party ships already have the beacon so the infrastructure is there for the Spark.

100% support this, would be a very useful addition and just generally makes sense for the Spark to have. We might as well give the Intrepid one too, if it doesn't have one already (I don't think it does).

I'm always down for features that could promote more roleplay and this is a feature that could for both the Intrepid and the Spark. I support this heavily.

Strongly in favor of both the Spark and Intrepid having distress beacons; I frankly don't really see any downside to it. It makes IC sense, and OOC it means that going alone and encountering a single hardship isn't a complete death sentence.
