Owen Posted February 11, 2023 Posted February 11, 2023 (edited) Reporting Personnel: Gamal al-Ghazawwi Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Off-Duty Crewmember (Captain) Game ID: the round before cmk-cZiT(event round) Personnel Involved: Even Fields, Off-Duty Crewmember (Investigator): Offender Artemis Grey, Off-Duty Crewmember (Head of Security): Witness Alzrun Jrruzhani, People’s Strategic Intelligence Service Agent: Witness Secondary Witnesses: Agashka Prruzhulkanich, Party Representative: the leading PRA official present for the palace visit, I believe he may have been in the room that Mr. Fields was attempting to break into. Time of Incident: 18:00ish Real Time: 1:40 PM EST, 11FEB2023 Location of Incident: Palace of Free Tajara, Adhomai Nature of Incident: [ ] - Workplace Hazard [ ] - Accident/Injury [X] - Destruction of Property [ ] - Neglect of Duty [ ] - Harassment [ ] - Assault [X] - Misconduct [X] - Other: Potential Diplomatic Incident Overview of the Incident: While the Horizon crew was present at the Palace of Free Tajara, I was approached by PSIS Agent Alzrun Jrruzhani regarding a developing security incident involving off-duty investigator Even Fields. It was reported that, despite being warned not to several times, Mr. Fields attempted to force entry into the Party Representative’s meeting room within the palace. The Palace Guards engaged in a non-lethal takedown of Mr. Fields, but he still suffered some moderate injuries. This careless action by Mr. Fields jeopardized the ongoing negotiations between Horizon Command Staff and the People’s Republic of Adhomai Representative present in the palace. It was incredibly irresponsible and downright negligent. Submitted Evidence: N/A Would you like to be personally interviewed?: [X] - Yes [ ] - No Did you report it to a Head of Staff or a superior? If so, who? If not, why?: No. All personnel were off-duty at the time, as we were present at the Palace of Free Tajara on Adhomai, but the nature of this incident warranted official reporting. Actions taken: Mr. Fields was arrested by the Palace Guard and was held in their medical bay for treatment. I negotiated the release of Mr. Fields to the SCCV Horizon for proper punishment by the SCC. Additional Notes: This was an incredibly irresponsible and idiotic decision by Mr. Fields, and I find his behavior entirely unbecoming of a member of Horizon’s Security Department. Throughout our visit, the Horizon crew was repeatedly reminded to be on their best behavior throughout the visit, and the PSIS agents specifically warned Mr. Fields to cease their illegal entry attempts. This had the potential to spark an actual diplomatic incident if Mr. Fields was not stopped in the manner he was. Edited February 11, 2023 by Owen Fixed Spelling
