Print out the Horizon's location at the start of a round, for third party ships.

I've recently started playing a bit of the third party ships, and I've noticed a big issue with them. Namely, it is sometimes very had and tedious to find the Horizon.

Now, sure, the third party ships are their own thing, and they can find good roleplay opportunities elsewhere. . . but let's not kid ourselves, the Horizon is the main Roleplay hub for the third party ships, and looking for it for half an hour or more, on the space map, is not fun for anyone. All I'm suggesting is some sort of print out at the scanner console of the third party ships, that gives the Horizon's start of round location.

I agree with your change. Maybe not all vessels, but things like Coalition Rangers or Kataphracts would certainly know the position of the Horizon from their intelligence reports.

Even more so, third party ships should usually involve the Horizon in some way during their roleplay, as it is the main focus of the server, lore and gameplay. This change would help in that regard.

It should be for all ships, I see this as an OOC issue, rather than an IC one.
